About Habiba

Design for Living is run by Habiba, a designer and passionate organizer based in Toronto. In her spare time, she loves being in nature and learning about psychology and relationships.

Habiba enjoys helping others and volunteers in mental health settings. Fully aware of the emotional toll that can arise from decluttering, Habiba’s approach is non-judgemental, recognizing the immense trust on the part of clients who invite her into such an intimate process.

With a Bachelor’s in Architecture and over four years of experience in television art departments, including The Handmaid’s Tale, Habiba’s creative background spans set decoration, graphic design, and set design. She’s brought visual stories to life on screen, and now she’s bringing that same care and artistry into real homes.

At her core, Habiba believes that our surroundings deeply shape how we feel. A harmonious, beautiful space can lift our mood, soothe our minds, and ground us. Design for Living is her way of making space design and organization more accessible, more personal, and more sustainable.
